Some answers to early questions: No I did not get Robert Redford to stand in for me. No, I do not wear a fancy apron because they are hot and I have enough pencils that I do not have to carry one with me where ever I go. Yes, I did start with a clean tee shirt every day. Just ask Gil or Harley. And, yes, I did go on a diet and started exercising after watching this video for the first time!

You must be patient when clicking play, if you have a very fast internet connection you will be fine if it is not so fast you may have to wait a couple minutes before it starts to play. If you have a dial up I would not even attempt to watch. NOTE: If you double click the video after it starts it will display full screen. You could probably right click and select full screen as well. I have not tried that.
